PVMARS is a factory of renewable energy products, including solar systems, wind turbines, solar street lights, solar air conditioners, etc. Therefore, the initial quotation’s delivery conditions are EXW.
We will change delivery conditions according to customer requirements, and more customers will choose CIF destinations. Refer to the image below to learn more about delivery conditions:
For orders less than $2,000, it is recommended to pay 100% in advance, and you will save bank fees – TT (payment by wire transfer) or credit card is optional.
For orders above US$2,000, PVMARS will charge a 30% TT prepayment before starting production.
After the product is finished, you can choose L/C, TT, Western Union, credit card, and other payment methods to settle the 70% balance.
Note: The production cycle for lithium batteries (LFP) is 25-30 days and 15 days for other products.
Based on PVMARS company’s 16 years of foreign trade and export experience, the following transportation times and delivery methods are obtained.
You can estimate your procurement and installation time based on transportation time + goods production time.
In Southeast Asia (such as Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, etc.), you can choose trucks, trains, or ships: the transportation time is about 5-7 days.
Europe and Central Asia (such as Croatia, France, Denmark, Turkey, Uzbekistan, etc.), you can choose train (China-Europe Express) or ship: the transportation time is about 25-40 days.
In the Middle East (such as Iraq, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, etc.), you can choose to ship: the transportation time is about 25-35 days.
Africa (such as Nigeria, Kenya, South Africa, Senegal, Zimbabwe, Chad, etc.), you can choose ship: the transportation time is about 35-45 days
South America (such as Jamaica, Panama, Chile, Peru, Brazil, etc.), you can choose ship: the transportation time is about 40-50 days
North America (such as Mexico, Canada, the United States, etc.) can choose ship: the transportation time is about 35-45 days
Products without batteries can be shipped by air or express (FedEx, DHL, TNT, etc.).
PVMars has not invested in shipping companies, such as ships, trains, and trucks. Therefore, shipping costs will be affected by quotations from different freight companies, seasonality, and uncontrollable factors.
But you don’t need to worry. We have freight companies we have worked with for many years. We can inform you as soon as possible whether to start transportation before the cost changes drastically. You are guaranteed to get the fairest shipping price.
With PVMars, you are able to see videos and pictures of products being produced, tested, and packaged before shipping, so that you are transparent and know the current state of your products. And make sure your product is in excellent condition before shipping.

Note: Remember to take photos or videos of the outer packaging at the destination before confirming receipt.
Under EXW and FOB regulations, if the outer packaging of the received goods is damaged and causes any problems inside the product, we can assist you in applying for compensation from the transportation company.
For other delivery conditions, PVMARS will compensate you based on your information.
